Event Background
The Qatar Environment & Energy Research Institute (QEERI), with the support of the Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) and in partnership with the Al-Attiyah Foundation, is hosting an in-person workshop on 17-18 May 2022. The workshop will take place in Msheireb Downtown, Doha. The workshop brings together national stakeholders and international experts for two half-days of discussion around the latest international developments in hydrogen policy and industry, the role of hydrogen in the GCC country's climate action plans, the most relevant hydrogen technologies and value chains for Qatar, and the need for effective national strategies and international cooperation.
