Bosphorus Summit 2017
The Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah International Foundation for Energy and Sustainable Development was delighted to partner with the International Cooperation Platform (UIP-ICP) to organize the 8th International Bosphorus Summit including an ‘Energy Day’ in Turkey from 28-30 November 2017. His Excellency Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah lead a panel session on Day One, which featured Berat Albayrak, Minister Energy and Natural Resources, Turkey, Francisco Dominguez Brito, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, Dominican Republic and Aziz Rabbah, Minister of Energy, Mines and Sustainable Development, Morocco.
The panellists touched upon their unique experiences managing energy and resources in their respective countries as well as macro-economic developments and key political events affecting the energy industry globally. The session was attended by 5,000 number of delegates from 90 countries.
